It’s been a big few months onsite at Ultima. Since we last checked in, construction crews have made strong headway across the entire estate. With bulk earthworks now complete and critical infrastructure well underway, this is a milestone moment for the project.

Here’s a Look at What’s Been Happening On-site at Ultima, and What’s Next

What’s been completed?

We’ve ticked off some major progress points already.

• All clearing work and earthworks are done. This included importing soil and completing the full cut and fill process across the site. 
• The site’s retaining walls are also fully constructed, and underground services are well advanced.
• Sewer and stormwater works are finished. This is a big achievement and means the site is fully serviced to support the new homes that are coming.

What’s happening now?

Underground works are continuing, with several activities progressing in parallel:

• Sewer infrastructure is now at 90% completion. 
• Installation of the water detention tank and pump station has passed the halfway mark.
• Underground electrical work is underway across the site.

Every week is a step closer to seeing Ultima’s first homes start to rise.

The first two stage releases at Ultima sold out earlier this year, well ahead of expectations. That result showed the strength of this project, not just in terms of design and price, but in how deeply it resonates with buyers.
