Progress Is Moving On-Site
To date, the site has been cleared and top soil stripped. Earthworks, including cut and fill activities, are complete and the future estate of Ultima has been readied for new homes to evolve.
Currently, works are underway to complete the sewer lines, stormwater pipe installation and water mains, and these activities will continue to completion. This is expected to wrap up shortly, before the next phase of construction begins.
