We’ve hit the ground running for 2026. Civil works on-site have progressed rapidly, with the final elements now nearing completion. Roads are in, paths are done, and the site is being readied for Ultima’s first homes. 

 

February 2026 Construction Update

What’s happening now?

• Water meter installation is underway

 

• Final concrete works to the driveway and footpath easement are underway

 

• Site cleaning works will begin in preparation for handover

 

What’s complete?

• All site clearing, earthworks, retaining walls and stormwater works are finished.

 

• Kerbs, channels, pavements, driveways, and the carpark are complete.

 

What’s next at Ultima?

Construction of the first townhomes at Ultima will commence in March 2026.
