Here’s what’s been happening at Ultima
What’s happening now?
- Cable pulling in Stage 4 is underway, while all other stages have now been completed.
- Easement works are underway, with traffic controls in place.
- Seal and asphalt laying works are nearing the halfway mark
- Watermain, pump station and sewer works are at 95% completion
- Final topsoiling is underway.
What’s complete?
- Earthworks, retaining walls and stormwater works are finished.
- Kerbs and channels are complete.
- Driveways and carparks are complete.
