Ultima, as we’ll know it, is starting to reveal its form. 

The streets are laid out, townhome sites can be identified, and the structure of this neighbourhood is now clear to see. 

Work onsite is starting to get very exciting. 

Here’s what’s been happening at Ultima

What’s happening now?

• Placement of the pump station was completed last week, and the remaining roof water connection work is underway.
• Backfilling work around the sewer pump station is underway in preparation for the road box sealing.
• The balance of kerbing work around the carpark continues, defining the new streetscape. 
• Civil works related to the electrical reticulation continue.
• Final topsoil is at 90% completion, with final works underway.
• Asphalt laying will begin this month.

What’s complete?

• Earthworks, retaining walls and stormwater works are finished.
• Kerbs and channels are 95% complete.
• Driveways and carparks are complete.

Construction at Ultima is moving at a pleasing pace, with all milestone forecasts met, and progress steadily following the expected schedule.

What’s Coming in 2026?

Next year, we look forward to introducing the next release of new townhomes at Ultima. All previous releases in our boutique community have completely sold out, and demand continues as the estate rises from the ground.
