What’s happening now?
- Subgrade and pavement works have commenced, with solid headway being made.
- Watermains are now 90% complete, a major step toward connecting the community.
- Civil works for electrical reticulation are continuing across the site.
What’s next?
- Laying 2.3 gravel across key roads (MCO-02, 05, 04, 06).
- Placing road kerbs to define the new streetscapes.
- Easement works will commence following approval of the amended scope.
A reminder of what’s been completed
- Installation of the water detention tank and pump station is now complete.
- All clearing and bulk earthworks are finished, including the full cut and fill process.
- Retaining walls are fully constructed, shaping the site’s future layout.
- Sewer and stormwater works are complete, meaning the site is fully serviced for the new townhomes to come.
